Chocolate Shake Float
Yield: 2 servings
2 oz. Sunspire® Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup WESTSOY® Vanilla Soymilk
Shaved chocolate for garnish
1. Combine the chopped chocolate and boiling water together in a bowl and mix until melted. Let cool.
2. Add chocolate to a food processer with Rice Dream® Cocoa Marble Fudge frozen non-dairy dessert and soymilk.
3. Process until creamy and smooth, adding more frozen dessert until desired thickness.
4. Divide between 2 tall chilled glasses and top with a scoop of Rice Dream® Vanilla frozen non-dairy dessert.
5. Garnish with shaved chocolate and serve immediately.
